Lexington Two holding “Special Meeting” Tuesday to discuss “Return to School”
The Lexington School District Two Board has scheduled a “Special Meeting” for 6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 6.
The first item on the meeting agenda is: “Consideration of Return to School Draft Proposal.” Lexington Two students currently are allowed full-day school for only two days a week.

In the last week or so, the Lexington One and the Lexington-Richland Five school boards have announced a return to four-day a week, for some, or all students. The number of COVID-19 cases is decreasing.
Also, according to the SC Department of Health and Environmental Control, the number of deaths from COVID-related causes is decreasing substantially. The average age of COVID and COVID-related death is 78.
