The Lexington Police Department reported a collision, Tuesday morning, on Sunset Blvd. (US-378) near Old Cherokee Road. It had inbound traffic limited to a single lane. It was reported around 7:30 a.m.

Police asked motorists to please be alert to emergency personnel who were on scene. The cause of the collision was a driver failing to yield the right of way during a turn, said police.
