Lexington Police and emergency crews responded to a collision, Monday afternoon, in the 4900 block of Sunset Blvd (US-378) on Monday. The crash resulted in multiple lanes being closed while first responders on the scene worked to clear the road.

The collision, Monday morning, was caused by two vehicles who were both making turns from the median and turned into each other, according to the LPD.
A second collision resulted in the closing of multiple lanes on North Lake Drive at Old Cherokee Road. All lanes were later opened. The wreck was caused by a driver disregarding the red signal light. (LPD Photos)
