Incumbent Lexington Mayor Steve MacDougall is facing a challenge from Town of Lexington Councilman Ron Williams.

The election is Tuesday. Polls are open from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m.

MacDougall is in the hospitality industry as a manager of restaurants. In 2014, MacDougall defeated Lexington’s incumbent Mayor Randy Halfacre.

Williams was elected to Lexington Town Council in April 2014. He has worked as a boat salesman at Hall Marine in Lexington for 10 years.
