The Lexington County Sheriff’s Department has been on the scene at Bush River Road and Zimalcrest Drive.

The early information gathered, according to the LCSD, indicates a shooting took place in an apartment in the area Sunday afternoon. One man has been transported to the hospital with what’s been described as a non life-threatening gunshot wound.
Detectives have responded and crime scene investigators are processing the scene.
