Units from Lexington County Fire Services were working a house fire on Ashford Way in the Wellesley neighborhood off of Ginny Lane, around 7 p.m. Wednesday.

Several streets were closed as firefighters were putting out the blaze.
The Lexington Police Department assisted with road closures.
No one was hurt in the fire but police asked driver to please avoid the area until the scene was safe.
