If you’re looking for temporary work with flexible hours, locations and benefits, apply to become a substitute in Lexington School District Two.

Substitutes work on an “as needed” basis depending on available assignments with ESS, the placement service for Lexington Two.  Daily substitutes choose when, where, and how often they’d like to work with 24/7 access to an online scheduling system. Long-term substitutes also are needed.

Among benefits for substitutes with Lexington Two and ESS are access to insurance (medical, dental, vision, and more); 401(k) investments; weekly pay and bonus opportunities; and ongoing training and support.  During the month of February, substitutes who work 10 or more days are entered into a raffle for $50 gift cards.

Requirements for candidates include a minimum GED or high school diploma, background check and TB test.
