Lexington 2 Innovation Center students represent their programs at State House

The Lexington Two Innovation Center joined other schools from more than 30 districts across South Carolina to represent their programs for the Career & Technical Education Showcase Tuesday at the State House.

Lexington Two Innovation Center students in culinary arts, digital art and design, and multimedia shared their skills, among them Dominique Manning (shown here), who interviewed State Superintendent of Education Ellen Weaver for one of the center’s upcoming news shows. The Lexington Two center includes 16 college and career programs. Tuesday’s showcase came on the final day of National Career and Technical Education Month.
