Almost 200 single-family residential units are being planned for construction off of Methodist Park Road in West Columbia. The site stretches from the Pineview Baseball Complex to land behind the Carolina Pottery Plaza on Augusta Road.

Mungo Homes will build what is being called the Pine Crest Subdivision. Crews have been on the site that is visible beside the Pineview Baseball Complex on Methodist Park Road. There is heavy machinery clearing the property to prepare it for building.
