Born and raised in Lexington County, John Lastinger has announced his candidacy for the South Carolina House District 88 special election. A conservative Republican, Lastinger is committed to serving the people of Lexington County with integrity, faith, and a strong conservative voice.

For 47 years, Lastinger has faithfully pastored The Edge Church on Platt Springs Road, preaching the Gospel and ministering to families across the community.
