The Irmo Town Council is pleased to announce the appointment of Jim Crosland as the next Town Administrator for the Town of Irmo. Mr. Crosland will officially assume the role on July 7, 2025, following a unanimous vote by the Town Council on May 21, 2025.

Mr. Crosland, a seasoned public servant with nearly three decades of experience in state and municipal government, most recently served as the City Manager for the City of Cayce. He previously worked in Irmo as a Police Sergeant early in his career and brings with him a deep understanding of municipal operations, law enforcement leadership, and executive management. A graduate of the FBI National Academy and the SC Economic Development Institute, Mr. Crosland is known for his team-building leadership style and operational expertise.
