Is Cook Out coming to Know-Abbott Drive, Cayce? An inquiry to Cook Out’s corporate office was not immediately answered. But a letter regarding “Cook Out Rezoning” to West Columbia Mayor Tem Miles, from attorney Robert F. Fuller was published by Miles Wednesday. Link to letter

The letter references the address of 1204 Knox-Abbott Drive, Cayce. That address is behind the Krispy Kreme. In the letter, Fuller assures Miles that access to the Cook Out property will not include direct connectivity through H Avenue in West Columbia and all barriers will be maintained.

Fuller also states in the letter that there will be a vegetative buffer and all set-back requirements will be met as part of the Cook Out site plan.
