Irmo Fire District crews were on scene of a structure fire, Wednesday night, in the 1500 block of Willow Tree Lane (near Brood River Road.) The fire was put out and there were no injuries. The structure was saved and damage was limited to a small portion of the house. Crews remained on scene in a effort to make sure the fire stayed extinguished. The cause of the fire is being investigated.
