Irmo Fire District crews and Lexington County EMS personnel were on the scene after a vehicle ran into a home in the 6100 block of St Andrew’s Road, Tuesday before noon.

The incident caused substantial damage to the building. there were minor injuries to the driver and two people in the building, according to the Irmo Fire District. Crews remained on the scene until the car was removed. IFD photos
