I Heart Mac and Cheese held a Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Celebration, Wednesday at 2712 Emmanuel Church Road, West Columbia. It’s in the Three Fountains area.

A crowd grew for the grand opening because the first 10 customers got free mac and cheese – once a week- for a year.

The Greater Cayce-west Columbia Chamber of Commerce sponsored the event. Chamber President Tim James described the new restaurant as “wonderfully designed.”

Lexington County Councilwoman Deb Summers said the new business is a sign of economic development in the Three Fountains area of the county. she also said its opening brings new jobs with it.
