And all transit agencies are ending evacuation services.  As Hurricane Matthew approaches the state, the South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) has announced that all transit agencies along the South Carolina coast will be discontinuing emergency and evacuation operations starting at approximately noon, Friday.
