House of Raeford is hiring approximately 100 positions for both day and night shift.
Most positions available are production, but there are about 4 positions in Quality Control and for experienced/certified mechanical maintenance technicians. There are several sanitation positions that are responsible for cleaning the plant in between shifts.

All employees have an opportunity to earn an additional $1.00 to $2.50 per hour as a Perfect Attendance Incentive figured on a weekly basis. Paid on a weekly basis, excellent and inexpensive medical insurance, paid dental & vision insurance. 1 week paid vacation and 8 paid holidays after 1 year of employment.

Production Day/Shift
Monday-Friday
8:45 a.m.-until production is run for the day (approximately 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.)
Starting Pay: $11.35…….$12.10 after 60 days

Sanitation
Monday-Friday
3:45 p.m.- 11:00 p.m. (must be able to use high pressure hoses and work with cleaning chemicals)
Starting Pay: $11.35…..$12.10 after 60 days

Production Night/Shift
Sunday-Thursday
11:45 p.m.- 8:15 a.m.
Starting Pay: $11.50 per hour………$12.25 after 60 days
