Helen Summers was named Cayce-West Columbia Lion of the Year, Tuesday, at the C-WC Lions Club meeting.

The Lions Club met at Grecian Gardens where Regional Governor Paul Dove- of Winnsboro- spoke. He credited the local Lions for community activities that included fishing for the visually impaired, securing eye surgery for people in need, collecting 22,000 pairs of glasses for recycling, vision screening, Toys for Tots collections, eight scholarships and many more contributions.
