Ground broken on West Columbia’s Community Garden
The groundbreaking for the first City of West Columbia Community Garden took place behind City Hall on Earth Day, Saturday.
The project is funded by the PalmettoPride – Community Pride Grant.” The garden is free and open to the public to plant, tend, and harvest.
PalmettoPride is a legislative initiative created to fight litter and help beautify South Carolina.
