Gregg Leon, the owner of some San Jose restaurants in Lexington County, has been charged with the murder of  a man.

He shot and killed the man at the Lexington Park and Ride on Sunday night, according to a report from the Lexington Police Department. The Park and Ride is at Riverchase way, off of Sunset Boulevard at I-20.
According to police reports, Leon called 911 and told the dispatcher he shot and killed his wife’s lover.
Leon was in the news during the trial of former Lexington County Sheriff James Metts. Metts was charged with shielding illegal immigrants from federal investigation at the request of Leon. The illegal immigrants in question worked in Leon’s restaurants according to court documents.
