Gray Collegiate Academy defeated Abbeville, 27-12, to win the Upper State Championship Friday night at the War Eagles home field in West Columbia.

Gray improves to 14-3 with the win and will face Oceanside Collegiate in the State Championship at 7 p.m. Nov. 30 in the Class 2A state championship game at Oliver C. Dawson Stadium in Orangeburg.

Camden defeated Brookland-Cayce by a score of 46-30, Friday night at BC in the 3A Lower State Championship Game.

BC jumped out to a 7-0 lead but the Bearcats were not able stop Camden’s run game with bruising Bulldog QB Grayson White. BC drops to 11-3 and the season is over with the loss.
