Gray Collegiate defeated Chesterfield, 9-6, Saturday in the state high school baseball playoffs.
With the game tied at 1, the War Eagles scored five runs in the top of the third inning to go up 6-1.

On Wednesday, Gray will play the winner of a Monday elimination game. The War Eagles will go to the state final with a win on Wednesday.
