Gray Collegiate defeated Newberry, 56-to-29, Friday night.

The War Eagles finish the regular season with the Region 3-2A title. It’s the fourth year in a row that Gray has won the Region.

Gray Collegiate (9-1, 5-0) will open the Class 2A playoffs Friday at the Midlands Sports Complex versus North Central.
Senior running back KZ Adams rushed for 316 yards in the win over Newberry. He had and six touchdowns too. For the season, Adams has rushed for 1,946 yards and 23 touchdowns. He was named as named a S.C. Mr. Football finalist earlier in the week.
