Gray Collegiate Academy defeated Batesburg-Leesville, 6-4, Monday, to qualify for Upper State Playoff round. With the win, Monday, the War Eagles are the 2A District 4 Champions. Gray is now in the 4-team, double-elimination Upper State playoff bracket.

The War Eagles from West Columbia have defeated Landrum and Saluda in the playoffs before the win over B-L. Gray will face either Strom Thurmond or Chesnee in the next round of the playoffs.
