Gamecocks lose another one in a pivotal year for coach
South Carolina football fell to 0-2 after a 38-24 loss to third-ranked Florida Saturday in Gainesville.
USC lost at home last week to Tennessee. The Gamecocks travel to Nashville this week to play Vanderbilt at noon in a game that will air on the SEC Network.
The loss to a powerful Florida team was expected. USC was an 18-point underdog. But this year follows a 4-8 year produced by Gamecock Head Coach Will Muschamp. Muschamp is at the top of the list of “Hot-Seat” coaches.
