Riverbanks Zoo and Garden released a list of events that includes “Free Fridays.”

Every Friday in January and February, residents of Lexington and  Richland counties will receive free admission to the zoo and garden. Guests must provide a valid driver’s license, property tax statement, or vehicle registration as proof of residency.

Additional upcoming events include the Orchids on the Riverbanks Festival, a Mad Hatter Tea Party, Bagels with Beasts, and multiple garden workshops.
