Lexington Police Officers assisted Lexington County Fire Service with a residential structure fire on Allenbrooke Drive in the Wellesley neighborhood Monday just after 6 p.m. The structure is located right off of Sunset Boulevard, at the I-20 Exit.

Access to homes in the area may were temporarily limited until emergency personnel cleared the scene. No injuries were reported, but one family was displaced according to Lexington County officials. An investigation to determine the cause of the fire is underway.
