Emergency crews were on the scene of a collision on North Lake Drive (SC-6) near Old Cherokee Road in Lexington Friday around 3:30 p.m. The crash resulted in the closing of an inbound and outbound lane. (LPD Photo)

First responders were in the road, working to clear the site.

The crash occurred outside of the Town of Lexington, SC jurisdiction. Lexington Police officers assisted with traffic direction while the South Carolina Highway Patrol investigated the wreck.
