In January it was announced Dunkin’ Donuts would be built at 2865 Sunset Blvd., West Columbia.

The site is in front of the new Marriott International TownPlace Suites, across from Lexington Medical Center, between Bojangles and Freddy’s Burgers.

The sign on the property in January indicated three new businesses, including a Dunkin’ Donuts.

PennTex Ventures Development had a sign on the shoulder of the road that read: COMING SOON – NEW RETAIL SPACE AVAILABLE.

One of the three spaces in the rendering included the Dunkin’ Donuts storefront. The other two spaces had “Retail Anchor” and “Retail” on them.

A call to PennTex Ventures Development was not returned.
