Due to the threat of inclement weather from Hurricane Debby, the City of West Columbia will close all City parks beginning Tuesday, August 6, 2024. The City will notify the public when the parks reopen.
Parks Affected:
- B Avenue Ball Park
- Bark West Dog Park
- Carraway Park at the Riverwalk
- Douglas Reeves Community Park
- Fowler Community Park
- Howard Sports Complex
- Rosamunda Percell-Butler Community Park
- West Columbia Riverwalk Park and Amphitheater
- Moffatt Street Entrance to the Riverwalk
Sanitation:
Please secure your roll carts. Due to the weather, yard trash could be delayed. At this time, all garbage and sanitation routes will run as scheduled.
