Lexington Police reported a collision on South Lake Drive (SC) at I-20, Saturday. There were injuries.

The wreck, police say, was caused by a driver on the exit ramp of I-20 disregarding the right turn only sign. The driver drove over a raised turn divider and drove across inbound lanes. The driver then struck multiple vehicles in outbound lanes while driving over the raised median.
