The Lexington Police Department reported an overnight, Saturday/Sunday single-car collision on Mineral Springs Road shut down the road. First responders and a tow truck were on the scene to remove the crashed vehicle from the woods, after it ran off the road.
The driver had minor injuries and when released from the hospital, was taken to the Lexington County Detention Center charged with DUI.
