West Columbia Mayor Horton presented a resolution from West Columbia City Council recognizing Dr. Shirley McClerklin-Motley for her 70th Birthday.  McClerklin-Motley  was also recognized for her accomplishment of attaining her PhD in Social Work, and recent retirement.
