The Lexington Police Department responded to a collision with injuries on Pilgrim Church Road, before noon on Friday. The crash occurred near the Village Green Estates neighborhood and resulted in all lanes closed. Traffic was detoured away from the wreck location.

By 11:45 a.m., all lanes of Pilgrim Church Road reopened.
