Detective Jeremy Amick was recognized at the March 2025 Regular West Columbia City Council Meeting by WCPD Chief Marion Boyce, Mayor Tem Miles, and West Columbia City Council as Officer of the Quarter. Detective Amick has worked to become a well-rounded investigator with a team-first mentality. He has come out after hours multiple times this quarter to assist on-call investigators on complex cases. Detective Amick has also taken on the role of training new detectives all while excelling in his cases and assisting in the training of our SORT team. He’s pictured with Boyce and Miles.
