Dennis Breeland was given a “Special Award” at the Greater Cayce-West Columbia 2015 Annual Dinner Tuesday night. Breeland, owner of Breeland Courier Service, completed his tenure as the Chamber’s Board Chairman over the summer. He was awarded with a clock as a gift for his service.
