Northbound lanes of North Lake Drive(SC-6) at Main Street (US-1) in Lexington were blocked Friday afternoon due to a collision. Traffic was directed around the area. The initial report was made about 3:45 p.m.

Police asked drivers to seek an alternate route until the road reopened.

All inbound traffic on South Lake Drive was required to make a right turn onto East Main Street. Drivers could also make a turn onto Harmon Street to reach North Lake Drive with this detour.
Avoid the area if possible.
