Lexington Police and Lexington County Fire Services responded to a collision on Sunset Blvd (US-378) at Hope Ferry Road, Wednesday. The crash resulted in the closing of multiple outbound lanes. Traffic was merged into a single lane around the scene.

The scene was cleared and the road was reopened. The wreck was caused by a driver who disregarded the red signal light. (LPD photos)
