Lexington Police responded to a collision, Monday before noon, on Columbia Avenue (US-378) near Meetze Avenue. The crash resulted in the closing of one lane in both directions.

The road was congested with traffic merging into single lanes around the scene, but the road was cleared and reopened.
The cause of the wreck is under investigation by LPD Traffic Safety Unit officers.
