Lexington police and EMS crews responded to a crash at West Main Street and Columbia Avenue, Monday morning. The intersection was blocked while the scene was cleared. Old Chapin Road was diverted outbound onto West Main Street. Columbia Avenue had two lanes open to continue onto West Main Street outbound until the site was cleared. (LPD photo)
