Units from the West Columbia Police Department, The West Columbia Fire Department and Lexington County EMS were on the scene of a crash Thursday around 4:30 p.m.

It was at the corner of Sunset Boulevard and Hummingbird Drive, near Family Dollar and Jiffy Lube. Traffic was being blocked while emergency personnel worked the clear the area.

Two vehicles collided and one was pushed close a utility pole. EMS crews were on hand with stretchers and there appeared to be injuries.
