Coroner identifies the man shot and killed on South Lake Drive in Lexington, Saturday night

Lexington County Coroner Margaret Fisher released the name of a man who was shot during an incident in the road of the 1000 block of South Lake Drive, Lexington on Saturday, shortly before 10 p.m. in Lexington County.

Fisher states that Mr. Timothy Harold Brock, 57, of Goose Creek, was shot multiple times in the upper body and died in the road at the scene from the injuries he sustained. Another individual was shot during the incident and transported to an area hospital where he was later released.

**The Waffle House located at 1020 S. Lake Drive was not associated with this incident**

The Lexington County Sheriff’s Department continues to investigate this incident.
