Last Tuesday, groundbreaking was held for the multi-million dollar complex that will be called Brookland. It’s on four acres at State and Meeting streets in West Columbia.
On Monday, machinery was on the property clearing space for the residential, commercial and retail development, being constructed by Estates and Co.
