City Council Mayor Pro-Tem Tem Miles presented  the Congaree Rapid Futbol Club SKY U18 Girls’ Soccer Team with a resolution for winning 1st place in their league, the James Island Tournament, and the GPS Lexington Tournament. The team finished the season by winning the 2018 Youth Soccer President’s State Cup Championship in January 2018 in Greenville.
