Katherine Tinman, a third-grade teacher at Congaree Elementary School was named Lexington School District 2 Teacher of the Month at the Greater Cayce-West Columbia Chamber of Commerce Monthly Breakfast on Tuesday.

The breakfast was held at the Daily Phoenix at the Super 8 Hotel near I-26 in West Columbia.
