Clogging, artists, military displays, food and music are abundant at the Historic Columbia Speedway. It’s the Congaree Bluegrass Festival. It started at 11 a.m. on Saturday and goes on until 5 p.m.  Admission is only $10 for adults and children 12 and under free.  Sunday’s Gospel show will kick-off 1 p.m. and is free to all. It ends at 4 p.m.
