Take pride in the West Side! Bring your unwanted items to the City of West Columbia’s Fall Recycling Day.

The City of West Columbia’s Recycling Day is from 9 a.m. until noon on Saturday (Oct. 26) at West Columbia City Hall, 200 N. 12th Street, West Columbia.

Bring items you need to throw away.

• 9 AM – 12 PM
• City Hall – 200 N 12th Street

Recommended items to bring:

• Scrap Metal
• Electronics
• Dried Paint Cans (Dried using kitty litter, sand, or dirt)
• Tires (Up to 4 tires per household)
• Documents to Shred

Take Part at Home:

Clean up your home, yard, and neighborhood streets. Please separate the Yard Waste from the Household Garbage. Any items NOT collected by the City on October 26 will be collected on normal pick-up days.

Community Garden:

We will be planting fall vegetables in the Community Garden. Seeds and plants will be provided! This garden is free, and open to the public to plant, tend, and harvest! We hope you see you there!
