Another new business. The Chipotle Mexican Grill opened at 2871 Sunset Blvd., West Columbia last week.

It’s across from Lexington Medical Center, beside Dunkin’ donuts, and in front of the new Towneplace Suites that is almost complete.

On the menu at Chipotle: tacos, burritos, and salads, among other dishes.
