Chandler Outlaw was recognized as the Student-of-the-Quarter and Dr. Megan Carrero was recognized as Educator-of-the-Quarter, Tuesday at the Greater Cayce-West Columbia Chamber Breakfast.

Chandler is a student at the Lexington Two Innovation Center and Carrera is the principal of Fulmer Middle School. The breakfast was held at Stone River in West Columbia.
