The QuickTrip convenience store and gas station that has been built on US 321 at I-26 outside of Cayce is scheduled to open at 8 a.m. on April 28.

QuickTrip is also in the process of hiring staff for the store, said Area Supervisor Candace Valadez.
Applications are being taken at the Lexington QuickTrip location at 925 S. Lake Drive, she said. Go to the building behind the QuickTrip.

Valadez said the process of stocking the Cayce location begins next week and will continue until opening day, which is a Thursday.
